Author Guide

The time for each presentation will be 15 minutes including the presentation (12 min.) and discussion (3 min.). Plenary talk and Keynote speech will be 30 minutes including the presentation and discussion. We ask the speakers to bring your own PC for the presentation. HDMI and VGA cables are available to connect the projector in the conference room. In case that these types of connecter are not equipped on your PC, please bring the converter. Before your assigned session, check the PC connection to the projector.

Authors are provided with 1200 mm (width) x 2100 mm (height) bulletin boards on which to display their poster presentations, along with a sign indicating their poster number. The authors are recommended to prepare the poster with A0 format. Presenters should display presentation title, lists of authors and author affiliations on their posters. Put your poster before the poster session. Your poster number will be pasted on the panel. All poster presenters must present in the vicinity of your posters during poster session to answer questions.
