| 1. | The conference registration fee for a regular participant includes attendance at all sessions, conference proceedings, welcome reception, banquet, lunches and farewell party. |
| 2. | The conference registration fee of a student includes attendance at all sessions, conference proceedings, welcome reception, lunches and farewell party. Students may choose whether to include the banquet in their registration. |
| 3. | Payment can be made by credit or debit card only (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB). A debit card can be easily obtained from your bank. |
| 4. | Registration before the conference is strongly recommended to prevent the congestion at the on-site registration desk. Reduced fees are available for early registration. Please note that the on-site registration fee does not include the banquet (i.e., banquet tickets will not be available for on-site registration) due to scheduling constraints in confirming the number of banquet participants. |
| 5. | Please note that all paper presenters are required to complete the payment of conference registration fee by the registration deadline. |
| 6. | Registration and payment of registration fee can only be made through the online registration system, even for on-site registration during the conference. |

a sightseeing
bus tour.
Planned destinations include: Okinawa World, Sefa Utaki, and Peace
Memorial Park.
(Additional participation fees are required.)
B) Technical tour of National Institute of Technology in Okinawa.
